2nd June:Reached school at 10am and We made the long trip to Esplanade!
Haha, wasn't that long, but it was fun!
We took tons of photos but it's not with me and I don't know where they went to!
So we got our Esplanade pass which made us really excited. Explored up and down the dressing area and lots of rehearsal. Everything went good! Finally everything ended at around 8pm.
3rd June:Panorama! The day everyone's looking forward to.
Reached school early in the morning at 7.30am and off to Esplanade.
Same thing. Tons of photos and two rehearsals. Went well.
Lunch and Dinner and its like so exciting!
The clock ticked, our eyes blinked, and it's TIME FOR PERFORMANCE.
Ok, guantanamera was kind of screwed, but really, it was an experience. The time spent together as an ensemble(J2s and J1s)was certainly priceless.
And thanks to Khim, Sherry, Rachelle, Jeevi, Ash and Izzah for coming down.
Thanks for waiting for me to get out, but in the end, not only were I unable to take a shot with you guys, I still couldn't get to see all of you, omg! haha.
Thanks for the lovely flowers too:)
4th June:I like it.
Muchachos Del Tango! Annual Guitar Concert in school with the German Ensemble!
Did we reach school at around 9.30am or something? Haha, I can't remember well.
But the rest of the day was spent practising, rehearsing, doing the decorations-drawing, cutting, sticking and pasting. I had fun doing all these, haha!
Finally zoom zoom to 7.30pm. Concert starts!
This time, Guantanamera went well! Somewhere over the rainbow was good too!
I guess everyone of us were happy!
The Afro guy was really good and its like most of the girls were mesmerized by him.
Rachel's the ultimate winner for scoring a close shot with him, haha!
Everything ended at around 10.30pm.
And it's back to home to complete Reading Log.
Like omg, it took me till 2am to complete everything.
Then it's back to sleeping with guitar songs still playing in my mind.
5th-6th June:
Guitar Camp!
Guitar Camp was really awesome. Indeed it was much more enjoyable compared to Orientation Camp. The people who planned this were awesome. Everyone who participated in this were awesome too! We had fun doing cheers!
Like this is how it goes for my group, Wrappy Doodle-Orange crush, lemon ice~
We had fun running around the school-without shoes-completing the dry games.
Though the flour and chilli sauce were pretty disgusting, I still had fun!
Water bombing was great too!
Imagine when my group had 60 bombs and the seniors were armed with toy guns, haha.
And when all the bombs are used up, the pails came in action.
Night games were fun too. Decode was certainly the tough one! I like carrying lantern, walking around too. HAHA
The rest of the night was spent practicing guitar. The rest were either chatting, watching movie, getting interviewed or well, just doing random things! What's fun about this?! It's like the first camp where there's NO LIGHTS-OUT. The school was practically our home. We just go to the benches or to the classrooms to practice and chat, or when we feel like it, we walked to the next block and chat. Haha.
Dominic got the glutton award and he was awarded with a bag of buns which he shared them with Wrappy Doodle:)!
End of camp and the seniors stepped down officially. Sad, cos we got along really well for the 4 short months.
Wednesdays and Fridays absolutely make my days in school better!

Wrappy Doodle!
